wow. i’ve had my followspot bot for 2 weeks now (my parents got me one for my 14th, i was so pumped!) and i just want to say i totally luv it! :) everyone at school is way jealous, except my bestie, matsie, cuz she has 1 too cuz her dad ran over her cat elvis and she was super sad so he bought her one, but hers is ufo silver, and mine is the new purple crush, so yah.
it’s just so maxi convenient. before i had to log in on my silkphone like 12 times a day at school cuz they won’t let us have our wavebooks out in class (lame!), and let me tell you––trying to update my permafeed on that little touchscreen is uber obnox. now gspot (that’s what i named my followspot, long story inside joke) can just hover under my desk and no one even knows so i can focus on downloading music and sending holo-mails while my followspot updates my feed for everyone to read what i’m up to. yay! ;-)
gspot’s camera is sooooo tite! now my friends not only get live updates on where i am, they can see what mood i’m in for reals instead of reading emoticons––they can check out my livecast and see me right away. plus it’s way nice because like for examp, i have these new dermilon capris and i look max cute in them and i want to show them off in my a-day classes and my b-day classes, right, but i can’t wear them two days in a row (ew!) so now everyone can just see me on gcam (and connor posted on my digifridge that i looked “so sweet cute”!) and gpsot is so smart! she can tell when i walk fast i’m in a hurry and i need pump-up music so she plays fallout boy or britney and when i’m sad she totally knows my sad look and she plays norah jones (which rachel says her music is sexy but i think it’s moody cuz like who can dance to that?) and then i feel so much better i don’t even care if i start crying in bio.
and i most def am in love with the covernet capture – OMG! cuz i save all my instant message conversations to keep track of all the sweet/crazy/funny things my friends say (and just in case i have to prove something, like when saralynn said i called her a bitch but i opened the conversation with joey from my archive and i proved that i only called her “kinda bitch-patrol” which is way way different) and now that i have a followspot all my real life conversations are just auto-forwarded to my speakbase, and now if i’m ever like “hey what was that funny thing that anthony said about shika’s bra strap?” i can just dial in with gspot and listen to the whole audio feed.
the one problem i have with my followspot is that her charge station is not exactly cutesville, you know? i mean, when she’s hovering over my shoulder following me around, she looks cute for sure, like a little purple tennis ball camera, but when we go back to my room and her batteries start to get low (she plays snow patrol when she’s sleepy) and i put her in her little charge cradle, i’m like wow, this thing is creepy ugly. it doesn’t even match cuz it’s all white and silver like the original model, but i have the deluxe elegant model in purple crush and i’m thinking to myself can’t they make a charge cradle that matches because that’s like what the people want, right? so i think you should release new charge cradles that match the new color schemes of the followspots. it only makes sense.
anyways, i love my gspot followspot bot, and i never let her leave my side. matsie is my bestie for evers, but gspot is my robo bestie, and that’s for sure.

ps release some new smiletones for gspot, cuz it gets old hearing the same ones every time she gets happy, which is a lot, cuz come on she follows me around! ;–D
