Japan is not just Harajuku girls and Gothic Lolitas. See culprits below. Though I must admit, the four Gothic girls pictured do look pretty good. Rainbow Brite Angel and her Scrunchie Advocate sidekick do, however, push the realm of anything I’d ever wear. Then again, they’d probably just bring up my awkward teenage nothing-left-to-the-imagination tennis skirt days and we’d call it even.

My Fair Lady

Whenever I go shopping, I always find myself gravitating toward the dresses. Not the practical everyday-dresses, but the elaborate cocktail dresses you see the Sex and the City girls in. Though these dresses are often way too formal for the event I am attending, I always end up getting it anyway because it’s just too pretty to pass up. The result? A closet packed of dresses waiting to be worn!
